This is a very impressive love story, especially because it contributed to the raise of Taj Mahal. Queen Mumtaz Mahal married the emperor when he was only 15 and gave him 14 children. She became his favourite wife. When the queen died, the emperor decided to build the Taj Mahal in her memory and to be burried there with her.

Robert Browning, a young poet,met the bedridden, sickly poet Elizabeth Barret.her father refused to allow any of his many children to marry. They eloped despite the dangers, fled to Italy. there Elizabeth got well and they had a son. Elizabeth wrote "HOW DO I LOVE THEE?Let me count the ways--" After her death, Robert became famous, but never remarried. He kept Elizabeth in his heart the rest of his long life.
