Got a ring with the Celtics in 2008 and an MVP with the T-wolves in 2004 (and Defensive Player of the Year Award, leading the T-Wolves to the Western Conf. Finals...the team hasn't been relevant since he left for Boston)

I think people rate Carter worse than he actually is/was because of how high the expectations for him were. He's compared to what he could of been, instead of to other players.

Had a wicked three point shot could also penetrate to the basket. His career was ended by a knee injury in 2001 but was contesting for the three point title up till then.
