Mass Effect 2

The direction of this game, a science fiction 3rd person shooter with RPG gameplay, was truly innovative. There was also a unique upgrading system and almost everything about the game was updated from the first Mass Effect.

What else can be said about FF7 that hasn't already? Thrilling cut scenes, relatable characters, and possibly the best video game villain ever make for one hell of a game.

Chrono Trigger

The finest RPG on the Super Nintendo, which was a console full of amazing RPGs. One of the finest around and anybody who hasn't played it should find a copy.

I remember spending hours on this game back when I still had my Dreamcast. Truly one of the best games for Sega's final console.

Still the most original RPG ever. And to think that this was the only release of this series that was ever seen stateside. What a shame.
