Personally I think that Pepperdine is one of the prettiest campus's in the US its in San Diego on the coast in Califorina.

By subsidizing staff mortgages, Penn has managed to save many of the gorgeous Victorians surrounding the campus. It has built a grade school & made the entire area greener, more diverse - - truly beautiful. And it has worked WITH residents, rather than pushing tem aside which has resulted in better neighborhood buy-in. A great area.

whoever posted the last two comments obviously don't know what they're talking about. U of I is actually really pretty, the Quad is awesome, so is the Arboretum. It has cool architecture and lots of character.

This is a pretty campus, it's got lots of neat landscaping and the gorgeous castle-like house - I guess it used to be someones summer home. I love the ocean view too, lol how could you not????

Dorms overlook the Atlantic Ocean. Practically across the street from Acadia National Park. Stunning architecture, pretty student-grown gardens, and a rolling, natural landscape. Classic New England feel.

I'd rank WCU way above UMASS-Lowell, much more of an in-town walk-to-stuff historic feeling. A great club scene, inc. club owned by Jackass-fame guy. Central to shore, NYC, Phila., and Balt. A couple hours from each, less to shore and Pocono mountains (without traffic).
