Amazing seafood at amazing prices. Go in at lunch for their specials. Not only are there a ton of options on the menu, but they are all fresh.

It seems when every tourist goes to Ocean City, they have to stop off at Phillips. They have a huge buffet and you can get some excellent crab legs there.
