Best Home Warranty Companies

I have attempted to file 2 straight forward claims, they have not and probably never will pay. Read other sites, they are scam!

They replaced my water heater very easy and simple, highly reccomen colonial home warranty.

Very pleased with their service. I had an issue with my washing machine and they sent out a technician and it was taken care of, the same day!

Great Company with Service

I have a total of 13 warranties with this company. They have been great so far however, some times I get an associate who does not understand the coverage and have to fight for a covered part or issue. No problems with them paying their service contractors like other companies I have dealt with.

Allied does not pay it's service providers.

They keep rasing the price every year. I started at $380 a few years ago and this year they raise my payment to $570. The service fee is also raised every year from $30 to $70. I do not think inflation goes up that much !!!

My AC is down last summer. It took AHS almost one month before my AC is back. You can imagine how hot it is in Arizona. AHS kepy telling me they are waiting for contractor's report back, but the contcator told me they are waiting for the parts approval from AHS. It is not a good experience and it is even worse that they sent me a letter last month saying they choose not to renew my contract. I am forced to switch to other company after 12-year of loyalty.

AHS has always been there when I needed them. The technician was professional and the AHS customer service people were nice to deal with

Ourt air conditioner went out in April of 2008. We had a 3 week old baby, in Texas, and we didn't get it replaced untillthe end of August! With temp easily in the 100's, it was a misserable summer. Would NOT recommend

I have AHS and it was great until I had to replace my microwave. They gave me a new microwave but did not replace my stainless steel microwave. They gave me a lower grade appliance. WAS NOT HAPPY!!! I complained to the President and everyone in between. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

They are simple to deal with. If your claim involves labor only, they will pay claim less your deductible. However, if your claim involves labor and material, expect a long and prolong fight. See simple to deal with.
