How can you really list ANYTHING above the F-22?! There is nothing in the world that can outperform an F-22. The F-15 is ranked #1 on here, but the F-22 was designed to replace the F-15, which it has.
The YF-12 "Blackbird" was an experimental fighter-interceptor version of the Lockheed A-12 design and more especially the similar A-12 aircraft, which had a lower radar cross section. In Air Force flight tests on May 1, 1965, the YF-12 set a speed record of 2,070.101 mph and an altitude record of 80,258 feet. It was never accepted as an operational aircraft--but it could have. If it had had anything to try to fight at Mach 3+
