SO HARDY! Parsley just won't quit, even with little water and freezing conditions - you can snip a bit off for a recipe and within a few days you will have even more than before - never buy parsely again!

The main bonus for okra is that you will not be able to keep up with the harvest it is so plentiful. You can pickle okra, use in soups or fry it.

Especially if you live in a hot summer climate with lots of bright sun, tomatoes are the BEST. They can grow up or out, and once you taste one of your own, you will never be able to go back to mealy grocery tomatoes.

Since these can be grown in small pockets of jars, you can grow many or just a few and not even take room in your garden.

You can grow these in a bush shape, a free vine or up on a trellis, so the space required is totally up to you, and they are hardy and plentiful.
