Change your work habit, and you won't have to worry about foreigner stealing your job. Consider your workplace as your own business and work with intimacy, passion and be there on work with not just physically but most importantly mentally. It's only 8 hours a day, rest 16 hours is yours. Enjoy, life is too short to complain.
