Mike Awesome was the badass, tough guy ECW Champion. He jumped ship to WCW for more money, and was rewarded with this ridiculous gimmick were he was stuck in the 70s. They then turned up into a 70s Guy who chases fat chicks. Then he died. Poor Mike Awesome.

Disco Inferno
Another really bad 1970s era gimmick from the brain trust over at WCW in the 90s, Disco Inferno was so hated as a character it almost began to work in his advantage. A subpar worker and terrible of the mike, people still remember the wrestler you would bust out Saturday Night Fever moves in the ring. Yes, its as bad as it sounds.
