She was a regular insomniac whose insomnia became worse as time went by, and she frequently took sleeping pills, which possibly caused her untimely death.

She was addicted to amphetamines (diet pills that were prescribed to her), which would sometimes keep her awake for three to four days at a time, and then she would counteract the speed with sleeping pills, a combination which probably led to her death.
