This is my all time favorite. "Let's do the time warp again!" You haven't lived until you've gone to a midnight showing of this dressed as your favorite character.

Joe Verses the Volcano
This movie is absolutely brilliant and can be enjoyed on many different levels. It can be viewed as a goofy, comedic fantasy adventure or a very deep parable on finding yourself, courage, risk-taking, and a spiritual journey we travel to bring meaning to life.

P.S. The score by Georges Delerue is absolutely fantastic. Everyone need to see this movie and give it a chance: Tom Hanks, Meg Ryan, written and directed by the very thoughtful John Patrick Shanley, and this wonderful score by Georges Delerue. It was produced by Speilberg and with good reason! Enjoy it for what it is!!

This modestly budgeted picture has a slew of die-hard fans who quote dozens of lines on cue. Loving this film is a kind of litmus test for a certain way of looking at the world. I've known it to be a deal-breaker for relationships. "Hello! My film is The Princess Bride. You do not like it. Prepare to die!"
