An exciting cop show with an emphasis on family relationships [and ex-wives!], this was a wonderful ensemble vehicle enhanced by the charismatic pairing of Don Johnson and Cheech Marin and frequent funny moments.

This show broke the boundaries between real life families and the pretend perfect tv families
Comments:
That was shown on Channel 4 in the 1990s of this American sitcom.
Was a funny show, I loved darlene and david. The last season was bad though. Like the series finale made the last season ok, just to keep the blue collar thing going but other than that the last season makes you kind of dislike the rest of the series.

"When Paul Riser is like, "we need to study these aliens and not kill all of them" Ripley's like, "screw you, Paul Riser, you can just go get eaten by them" (and he does)." http:// www. badassoftheweek. com/ripley.html
If only Helen Hunt were an alien...then again?

In terms of concept, this is your average, crappy sitcom mixed with a slightly subpar and watered-down knockoff of the almighty Ren & Stimpy show.
However, in terms of execution...this show was easily one of the best of the 1990s and today's generations combined, and it deserves WAY more credit for that accomplishment. Despite technically being little more than your average nostalgia-fueled piece of crap, this show had actual heart, soul, and effort put into it. Respect that.

Parents really didn't get this show, that is why it was so popular for the 90's generation

The tale of an incompetent, selfish and cruel Duck (voiced by Jason Alexander), his health nut sister in law, 3 sons on 2 bodies, comatose mother in law and jack of all trades partner. An intelligent, satirical cartoon meant for adults.

The series gained popularity during the summer of 1991, when Fox aired a special "summer season" of the show while most other series were in reruns. The series became one of Fox's top shows when it began its next season that fall. Viewership increased dramatically and the cast members, particularly Jason Priestley and Luke Perry, became teen idols, while the series would make actresses Shannen Doherty, Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling household names in the US. The show also had many cast changes, though Garth, Spelling, Ian Ziering and Brian Austin Green were regulars during its entire run.
