Every once in awhile, someone will try to get a DDT over as a finisher. Maybe it happened in the past, but these days it's not a convincing way to end a match.

This is one of those moves where you just scratch your head trying to figure out how the victim is even supposed to be affected by it. The overdrive apparently turns you around so fast that it knocks you out, I guess.
