The Sacculina is by far one of the most twisted parasitic creatures in all creation. Not only does it sterilize its host, it also modifies it physically and behaviorally. This is basically a zombie-maker.

This little parasite nightmare fortunately doesn't attack humans. What it does do is eat the tongues of fish, then ride along as the fish's new tongue! Truly horrifying.
