Not to nitpick, but IMO Chili isn't soup. Chili is..chili. I guess I'd call it closer to a stew then soup, unless it's so runny that it's like a soup. But then IMO it's lousy chili if it's that runny.

turkey soup
turkey carcass cooked with parsnips, then strained for just it's broth, add all ingredients for a classic chicken noodle soup, and voila...classic turkey soup. It's better than chicken. Try it.
