Happy Days Report Abuse
The Cunninghams were the perfect 1950s family, and Happy Days was a feel-good, happy sitcom full of wonderful characters like the Fonz, Potsie, and Richie and Joanie Cunningham. We all wished that we could hang out with them at Al's.

Laverne and Shirley Report Abuse
A spin-off of Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley was the perfect comedy about Midwestern, blue collar single women going through the trials and tribulations of dating, family, and working.

Barney Miller Report Abuse
Great writing and a great cast. Witty and irreverent. The humor was both high and low-brow. It was 'Frasier' before 'Frasier' came into being

Diff'rent strokes Report Abuse
This show airs everyday at 10 am here and i couldn't live one day without watching it......it's so funny and classy at the same time. It shows how Arnold and Willis Jackson are adopted by Phillip Drummond (wealthy businessman) after their mother (who was drummonds' housekeeper) died, and how they struggle to readjust from living in the slums of Harlem to living in a penthouse in Park Avenue and also problems of racism and growing up. Like little Arnold says- "whatcha talkin' 'bout willis?"

Mork and Mindy Report Abuse
Although it was an unlikely premise for a successful sitcom (i.e., an alien comes to live with a young single woman and tries to fit into her world while escaping detection), Mork and Mindy made it work and did it very well, largely due to the comedic talents of a young Robin Williams.

The Partridge Family was like a much cooler, more musical version of the Brady Bunch. The kids all had flair, and the painted bus they traveled on was the best.
