It may be overpriced, but candy at the movie theater seems to taste better somehow. Plus it's usually in those giant, oversized boxes.

Chocolate can sometimes melt in your hands, which is bad if you're planning to hold hands with your date in the dark movie theater. In this case, Twizzlers are the best of all worlds. They won't melt in your hands, they're easy to eat with one hand, and they'll still give you that satisfying sweetness.

Milk Duds

Although they're a little hard to eat because of all that chewiness, Milk Duds taste great with movie popcorn. If you mix the two in your mouth, you end up with something that tastes a little like the best caramel corn you've ever had.

Hot Tamales

Hot Tamales are always good, but when you can get them in a huge box with enough to spare for later, they're even better. The spicy cinnamon flavor is a nice accent to the salty popcorn too.
