Mulan Report Abuse
Mulan is certainly one of the most impressive Disney heroines. She risks everything to save her family. She is refreshingly different from many other Disney heroines because she successfully finds her place in a male-dominated realm and fights for honor, rather than true love, which is the ultimate goal of most of the Disney "princesses."

A fiery flirt who has a sense of justice and will never give up the fight. She is tough and strong, but cares for those close to her with all her heart. All in all, a great role model for anyone.

Mary Poppins Report Abuse
Mary Poppins is one of the quirkiest, most capable, and complicated Disney heroines ever created. She always knows just what to do and seems to have an answer for every problem. In the end, though, her greatest gift was to help the children learn how to solve problems for themselves and to bring the family together.

Megara Report Abuse
29 points - added 15 years ago by smallbrowngirl - 1 comment
Comments:
Megara is the most unique Disney heroine ever created. She is the only one to be on "the bad guy's side" at the beginning (though forced and unwillingly) and is also cynical, sarcastic, and not looking for love. But as the film progresses we realize why she is so hard and always-on-her-guard. She's had her heart broken, and is practically Hades' slave for who knows how long. Through it all she remains strong, independant, loyal, loving, clever, humorous, and deiliciously sassy (even flirty/seductive). Unlike most of the other heroines before, she has very realistic flaws: incredibly world-weary and insecure, it is the fact she makes mistakes that makes her all the more human. Not to mention she will lay down her life to protect the people she really loves. She was willing to die for Hercules despite his being upset with her at the moment. And, in the end, she finally gets her long awaited and well-deserved happy ending.

Jasmine Report Abuse
Jasmine is refreshingly honest and brave and willing to take risks to get what she wants. She's a strong, beautiful woman, and she was one of the first non-traditional Disney princesses.

Comments:
Why? I think Lucy is the better one, since Susan stops believing in Narnia near the end of the series (sad but true)....
