An uninhabited island owned by the US Coast Guard. Even bicycles aren't allowed. The only way to access is via passenger ferry

Halibut Cove, Alaska Report Abuse
Halibut Cove is a floating town and has a floating United States Postal Office as well. Since the town is on water, the only way to get around is by boat.

This city of over 100,000 has streets so narrow, that cars aren't the only thing that cannot be used. Some streets are no more than two feet wide.

This island, located off of the coast of Normandy, has a population of 560. The only vehicles allowed on the island are horse-drawn vehicles, bicycles, tractors, and battery-powered buggies or motorized bicycles. In addition, planes cannot fly below 2400 feet.
