Viruses and bacteria have developed immunity to many antibiotics because they are given unnecessarily to livestock on a daily basis. There are also many negative effects of the hormones they are given to humans.

Genetically modified organisms, in this case foods, were approved without a lot of research and some negative effects are now creeping up. Since GMOs aren’t labeled the only way to avoid them is to go organic.
