The Daughter of Time, by Josephine Tey
This novel presents an interesting view of historical events and the unfortunate fact that historical accounts are often unfairly biased toward the “winning side”. The winners write the history after all.

The Complete Sherlock Holmes, by Arthur Conan Doyle

Classic story of a falsely accused attorney. False accusations always make for a good story.
