Quick and easy snacks to span those between meal gaps. Also good as after work snacks or after the gym snacks.

Celery slices with peanut butter and then "ant" toppings. My favorite topping is Craisins. Raisins and chocolate chips are other popular ant choices.

Mix 3oz of softened cream cheese with 3 tbsp of jam. These can either be eaten right away of left in the fridge for 15mins or so. Refrigeration will make the cream cheese harder and the graham cracker softer so it's more similar to cheese cake.

Tortilla baked with salsa and cheese. Add an optional layer of refried beans, cilantro, or sour cream. Delicious and easy to cook.

Hollowed out cucumbers with plain yogurt mixed with a couple pinches of sugar, a pinch of salt, and a dash of cumin.

This isn't nearly as hard as it might sound. Slice potatoes, salt, place in oven for a few minutes at 350, and done.
