Really quite bad, my Satellite's hard drive broke and is costing me £130 to repair just 18 months after purchase and also just outside the warranty. I have 3 friends that have Satellites 2 of which have had the same problem. When will Toshiba stop using cheap hard drives?!?!?!

hi this Gopal I have buy a new accer one week back so it is very nice and performance is well .so i think it cool and mini um price is 24000.

I bought an Acer Aspire 5739g about 1 year ago, and since then it has broken down with the same problem 4 times, each time i try to contact them they try to charge me $30+ every time, up to like $150. I shouldn't have to pay them because they made a junk laptop. So I just threw my laptop in the garbage cus its a POS and has no use but a paper weight.

I agree, I bought an Acer Aspire 6930. Vista is the main problem, however the computer is great. Their customer service fails miserably like Dell's. I think they are in competition to see who is the worst. I could not get them past the "It's out of warrenty" and to respond with an answer to fit the question. Sent letter to corperate about their service. They gave poor advice, now I have a paperweight. They want me to pay for their handy work. The machine is great but, buy at your risk!

I have owned an Acer Aspire 7735Z since December 09 and I have had several minor problems with it but I have to say that I have had major problems with Acer themselves, they are very difficult to contact and are extremely unhelpful when you do actually get to speak to them, I will not buy another Acer machine.

I love MSI, I've had an MSI G-Series system for a couple of years now and I've never had any problems with it. Plus it looks sweet and the keyboard feels really comfortable.

I bought an MSI CR400, and its not been over the year yet my webcam broke and i didn't even do anything! it just broke! then i always experience freezing i always go to MSI center to get my laptop diagnosed and repaired i will definitely never buy another MSI laptop. EVER!

I bought a samsung R510 2 years ago since then , the hard disk had to be replaced and now it has a problem with the backlight randomly switching off. I will not buy a Samsung laptop again.
