Cincinnati
Cincinnati is only second best to Pittsburgh in my mind. The reason is that they are both surprises. You expect New York City and San Francisco to have great skylines. But Cincinnati, like Pittsburgh, is a delight to the senses. In the middle of small town Kentucky and Ohio, rises this fantastic view. You have to see it.

Pittsburgh
The only word for this skyline is AWESOME. You have to see it before you die. It comes to a triangle point where the Allegheny River meets the Monongahela to form the Ohio River. Simply breathtaking, especially when you first see after coming out of the tube.
